Naudojant du kartus per dieną. Itin efektyvus naudojant ryte ir vakare po dantų valymo. Įpilkite 20 ml ( 4 arbatinius šaukštelius po 5 ml) į stiklinę, skalaukite dantis bei dantenas 30 sekundžių, po to išspjaukite.
