This Pinot Noir comes from the wine growing region Pfalz, located in the south west of Germany. It has a long tradition of making superb wines with a modern wine style. Its special, nearly Mediterranean climate and its mineral soil are ideal for producing elegant as well as complex wines. This Pinot Noir shows up with a smooth bouquet, light cherry notes and hints of toasty aromatics. It can be enjoyed on its own or in combination with a plate of tasty beef and grilled vegetables, pork with gravy as well as Pastas with a tasty sauce
