Wine description

Castellani Chianti Classico is made from specially selected Sangiovese grapes from the Chianti Calssico appeal, the oldest region in Chianti. Fully ripe grapes are crushed immediately after harvest. When the primary fermentation is completed, the wine is placed in Slavonian oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place and maturation lasts for at least 24 months. The final touch can be a wine bottle. Dark ruby red color. An intense and characteristic rustic bouquet full of red berries and a delicate undertone of wood. Good balance, tasteful, strong and with a lasting aftertaste.
