Tai originalus Veneto regiono raudonasis vynas, gaminamas nuo 1964 m. Vyno gamyboje naudojamas dvigubos fermentacijos metodas, kuomet antroje stadijoje vynas maišomas su padžiovintomis netraiškytomis vynuogėmis. Brandinamas 22 mėnesius ąžuolo statinėse. Būdinga tamsi rubino spalva, ryškūs prinokusių vaisių aromatai, dominuoja razinų ir cinamono prieskonis. Šviežia rūgštis su švelniais taninais sąlygoja subalansuotą skonį. Rūsyje šį vyną galima išlaikyti apie 15–20 metų.
