Laurent Perrier Demi Sec šampanui pagaminti vynuogės atkeliauja iš daugiau nei 55 Cru (kaimelių); 10-20% šių vynų yra rezerviniai. Butelyje vynas kartu su mielių nuosėdomis brandinamas min. 3 metus. Likutinis cukrus – apie 40 g/ltr. Šampanas pasižymi šviesaus aukso spalva. Džiovintų vaisių, migdolų, riešutų aromatai su skrebučio natomis.
