Reyka degtinė gaminama mažomis partijomis Islandijoje, Borgarneso miestelyje. Kiekvienas distiliavimo procesas trunka ne mažiau kaip 6 h, jo metu pagaminamos tik 255 dėžės gėrimo. Degtinės kategorijos standartais tai yra labai mažas kiekis. Reyka gamybai naudojamas vanduo iš arktinių Islandijos šaltinių, kurie teka per 4000 m. senumo lavos akmenis. Reyka distiliuojama „Carter–Head“ stiliaus distiliavimo variniu aparatu. Vėliau degtinė filtruojama per lavos akmenį. Reyka distilerija yra draugiška aplinkai, nes naudoja geoterminę energija iš požeminių vulkanų.
