How to collect the order via mobile app?

 

1. Download "Rimi" app

If you still do not have 'Rimi" mobile app, please download it here: 
  • For Android users Google Play
  • For iOS users App Store

    Important! Make sure that you have successfully logged in to your loyalty account from which the order was placed. 

2. Pick up your order

After you have received the SMS, that order is ready for pick-up, please note, that you should wait until your slot time has begun. Until that time order won’t appear. 

3. Tap on the "collect e-shop orders" icon

If order is available, you will be presented with the order selection screen. Please select your active order. 

 

4. Choose pick-up method

When you arrive at "Rimi" check-in, choose "Drive" or "Click&Collect” pick-up station and follow futher instructions.
 
  • "Drive“
    If you have chosen "Drive", you will be able to pick-up your order at the chosen store and time and you will be directed to the waiting area.

  • "Click&Collect” pick-up method 
    If you have chosen “Click&Collect”, you will be able to pick-up your order at the selected store and at your chosen time. At the store, look for “Rimi” e-store order pick-up point.
