Is the assortment on the “Rimi” e-store and physical “Rimi” stores the same?

The assortment offered on the “Rimi” e-store and physical “Rimi” stores may differ.

Can I buy alcohol beverages and tobacco/cigarettes on “Rimi” e-store?

You may purchase alcohol beverages, but tobacco/cigarettes are not sold here. Alcohol beverages are only available to persons over 20 years of age. Alcohol beverages are delivered from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and on Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. (except for the 1st of September, when alcohol beverages are not delivered at all).

Are all prices on the “Rimi” e-store and in physical “Rimi” stores the same?

Prices on the “Rimi” e-store and in physical “Rimi” stores may differ. If the price of the product at “Rimi” e-store and “Rimi” physical store is different while placing the order, the price at “Rimi” e-store prevails.

Yes, birthday discounts are applied when shopping with “My Rimi” loyalty card both on “Rimi” e-store and in physical stores. If you register on “Rimi” e-store without your “My Rimi” loyalty card, the system will not see your birthday discounts. Discounts are not valid for promotional items. Are discounts for seniors applied on “Rimi” e-store?

Yes, discounts for seniors are applied on “Rimi” e-store, just like in physical stores, when shopping with “My Rimi” loyalty card on Mondays independently of your chosen delivery date. If you register on “Rimi” e-store without your “My Rimi” loyalty card, the system will not see your senior discounts. You may register for seniors discounts by entering your retirement certificate number in your account in “My Rimi” card terminals, by calling our free of charge customer service line 8 800 29 000 and/or by e-mail info.lt@rimibaltic.com. Can I use on “Rimi” e-store coupons, which must be activated in “My Rimi” card terminal, in my online “My Rimi” loyalty account or “Rimi” app?

No, coupons activated in “My Rimi” card terminal, “My Rimi” loyalty account online or “Rimi” app cannot be used on “Rimi” e-store.

How can I use my discount coupon code?

Enter your discount coupon code in the field “Coupon code” in your shopping cart and click “Apply discount coupon”.

Can I buy “Rimi” gift card on “Rimi” e-store?

No, there is no such option so far.

What are alternative products?

 If we do not have the product you have ordered or the quantity of the product you have ordered when collecting the goods, another, similar product will be chosen for you - a replacement for the product you have ordered.  If you do not want to get a replacement, or if you want to change the settings, you have to do it for each booking. Substitution settings can be selected for each item individually. 

You will see information about changes in the order confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail before the goods are delivered / picked up. If the price of the replacement will be higher than the price of your chosen goods, you will not have to pay extra. If the price of the delivered similar goods is lower than the price of your selected products, we will return the difference to the account from which you paid for the purchases within 5 working days. 
 
If the replaced goods are not suitable for you, you will be able to return them to the courier or Rimi employee upon delivery / collection of the goods. 

Do I get two products automatically added in my basket when only choosing one product to be added in to the basked in “Rimi” e-store with the offer “2 už 1 kainą”?

Offer “2 už 1 kainą” only applies when customer adds two products which comply with the offer’s terms and conditions. In this case customer who have chosen two products only pays for one.
