KVIETINIAI miltai, sausos mielės, joduotoji druska, cukrus, SOJŲ miltai, miltų apdorojimo medžiaga (natrio bikarbonatas)

Instructions

Supilkite mišinį į dubenį. Įpilkite 235 ml šilto vandens ir 50 ml aliejaus. Minkykite tešlą tol, kol ji nelips prie rankų, suformuokite kamuolį ir kildinkite 30 min. šiltoje vietoje. Ant miltais pabarstyto paviršiaus suformuokite apvalų ar keturkampį lakštą ir dėkite į skardą. Patepkite aliejumi bei pomidorų tyre, sudėkite ingredientus. Kepkite 20 min. iki 200-220°C įkaitintoje orkaitėje. Iškepsite 2-3 vidutinio dydžio picas.
