Vynuogės surenkamos prieš pat pilnai prinokstant, kad išliktų sveikos, o tada fermentuojamos žemoje temperatūroje (nuo 12 iki 17 °C), jog būtų išlaikyta visa aromatų gama. Kaip švelnus aperityvas, šis vynas idealiai dera kartu su jūros gėrybėmis, ant grotelių kepta žuvimi ir balta mėsa.
