Planner tool is unusable: 1) as you type, some entries are changed to completely different ones found in the database of goods (no manual correct possible—simply changes them back again); 2) previously added entries cannot be deleted (swiping and tapping DELETE has no effect at all). An app constantly suffers from bugs which is evident based on my prior experience and comments left by other users. RIMI Baltic should get more serious about choosing their app developers.

Registration process is horrible. Maxima account creation - till I reach cashier while standing in a line, Iki - the same. Rimi - impossible. Enormous amount of fields required, not optional. Tickmark to agree too close to terms link. Then navigation back button forces to fill fields again. Auth code is received via email not phone. After second try proposal to wait for 5 minutes because of too many retries. Gave up.

Use it mainly for the shopping as scanner which is very convenient not to take the scanner at the shop. Concern now is about receipt registration for the lottery, app does not allow to upload the document. Called in Customer Support but said that all that they can help is to update the app. Update is not available as well.
