Rimi Baltic, one of the leading retail companies in the Baltics, is part of the ICA Group, operating the stores in Sweden, Norway and 3 Baltic countries. In the Baltics we operate three store formats: Rimi, Rimi Hypermarket, and Supernetto / Säästumarket and employ over 11000 people.

Rimi Baltic has just successfully completed the sixth Store Management Trainee program and as a result of continuing rapid growth is currently looking for new team members, who want to master retail business, link knowledge with job experience, and get a base for long-term career.

The seventh Store Management Trainee program is carried out in cooperation with Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and run by international consultants working in partnership with SSE.

After a challenging year with our STORE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE program (including pan-Baltic acting in different job positions in key departments, seminars, workshops and more) you will have invaluable experience and extensive knowledge about retail - dynamic and fast growing business, and, after successful completion of the program - management career opportunities within ICA Group.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Leadership potential

· Good communication skills

· Independent, flexible personality, team-player

· Fluent local language and English (another Baltic language is advantage)

· Completed bachelor degree (recent graduate)

· Free to travel and work in all Baltic states
